Leading athletes such as Paula Radcliffe currently use this technique.

Body Limits run a weekly circuit training class at the gymnasium in nearby Ousedale School, Newport Pagnell. Not for the faint hearted! It is an intense workout focusing on every muscle group in the body. Classes are are held on Monday nights from 7 to 8pm.
We cater for all abilities, and ensure each session is kept fresh by introducing intervals and pyramid training programs. Running with a group can be extremely motivating and encourage you to join us when the weather is not so friendly! Group runs are scheduled from Body Limits on Tuesday evenings at 7pm, do come along, they're very enjoyable.
